Issues with orders
Refunds
All sales are final, so no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed. If you have a problem with your order such as the conditions that follow, then please reach out at hi@geckgoals.com, and I will do my best to assist you.
Damaged Stickers
If your stickers arrive significantly damaged, please submit photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt, and replacement stickers may be sent.
Lost Stickers
Once I mail your sticker, it is largely out of my control and in the hands of USPS. If your order does not arrive, please file a case with USPS, or a one-time replacement may be granted if you reach out to hi@geckgoals.com.
I am not responsible for incorrectly inputted mailing addresses at checkout. Please verify your mailing address before purchasing. If your letter was mailed to the incorrect address due an incorrectly provided mailing address, it is your responsibility to work with USPS to reclaim your shipment. If you submit an order and realize you provided the incorrect mailing address, please reach out at hi@geckgoals.com immediately so I may attempt to correct the mailing address before shipment.
If a letter is returned to sender (me), then you may request a redelivery at the cost of new postage.
Any requests for resending an order per the conditions outlined above must be submitted within 60 days of your shipment date
